                        This Indenture made this Second
day of October, AD 1867 between Betsey B. Tillis of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part / Thomas
B. Tillis of the Same County & State of the Second part
Witnsseth, That Betsy B. Tillis as aforesaid, for and in
Consideration of Six hundred Dollars, lawful Money to
her in hand paid, the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowl
=edged, hath bargained, Sold, granted & conveyed, and
doth by these presents bargain, Sell, grant, & Convey unto
Thomas B. Tillis, as aforesaid the following premises, to wit
All that tract or parcel of land Known and described on
the plats of the public Surveys in Said State as the South
East quarter of the South West quarter of Section Eleven (11)
and the North East  quarter of the North West quarter of
