together with all and Singular the rights, tenements,
hereditaments, improvements and appurtenances thereon &
thereto in any wise appertaining or belonging
To Have and to Hold the said Conveyed premsises
together with all and Singular the rights, tenements
and appurtenances, heriditaments and appurtenances
thereon and thereto, belonging unto the Said Thomas B.
Tillis, his heirs, and assigns in fee Simple forever,
And the Said Betsy B. Tillis, for herself, her executors &
administrators, doth by these presents warraant, and
defend the right, possessions and quiet enjoyment of
the premises aforesaid, unto the Said Thomas B. Tillis
his heirs & assigns against the legal claims, interest
and title of all persons & every person claiming the same
through or under her, the said Betsy B. Tillis, her
executors and administrators forever ~ In Witness
whereof I, the said Betsy B. Tillis as aforesaid hereto Set
