of Land lying in the County aforesaid Known and
distinguished in the map of the Arredondo Grant, as
the North East quarter of Section No (3) three in
Township No (12) Twelve, South of Range No (19)
Nineteen East containing One hundred & sixty acres
more or less, To Have and to Hold the same with the
appurtinances to him the said Elias Smith his 
heirs and assigns forever and we do hereby warrant 
and will forever defend the title, hereby conveyed against
all and every person or persons claiming by through us
or any way whatsoever, In testimony whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and seals this day and year
first above written

Alachua County   } This indenture made this thirteenth
November in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and Sixty seven, between John D. Young of the first part and
Ellen T. Young of the second part, all of the State and County
aforesaid; Witnesseth that the said John D. Young for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred and 
Fifty to him in hand paid by the said Ellen T. Young, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does, by these presents
give, grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Ellen T. Young
her heirs and assigns, a certain lot of land lying in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, the same being a portion of the
"Arredondo Grant" and known and distinguished on the
map of the said "Grant" as Fractional section number seven
of Township Eleven, Range Nineteen, South and East together
with all the privileges thereunto in any wise appertaining
                  To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said Ellen T. Young her heirs and assigns in
fee simple
