and his heirs executors and administrators shall the said property
to the said Ellen T. Young, her heirs, Executors and administrators
forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of
all persons whatever.

foregoing deed, signed, sealed and delivered for the express
uses and purposes therein set forth. Sworn to and subscribed

  This Indenture entered into this the 13th day of January
AD 1866 between C.A. Ramsey and his wife Roxann Ramsey
of the first part and Mary L. Tooton of the second part all
residing in Alachua County State of Florida, Witnesseth - That
the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Eight hundred Dollars good and lawful money
of the United States of America to us in hand paid at and
before the ensealing of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have bargained, sold, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents do bargain, sell, release
convey and confirm unto Mary L. Tooton of the State and
County aforesaid the party of the second part all that certain
lot, tract, and parcel of land and premises with the appurtin=
ances, situated, lying and being in Gainesville, Alachua County
State of Florida and known in the map of the said town
as Block 2 Range 1 - together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and improvements to the same belong
ing or in any wise appertaining and all the estate, right
title, interest, property, and possession claims and demands
whatsoever of the said C.A. Ramsey and his wife Roxann
parties of the first part either at law or equity, of, in, or to
the said lot, tract or parcel of land and premises with the
improvements and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances the said Mary L. Tooton the party of the
second part, her heirs, executors administrators and assigns
