to her own proper use, benefit and behoof forever in fee
simple; and the parties of the first part do hereby covenant
and agree that they are lawfully seized of the above described
premises and have a perfect right to dispose of the same;
And hereby bind themselves their heirs, executors and administrators
and  assigns; the said lot tract and parcel of land and
premises, and every part and parcel thereof unto the said
party of the second part, her heirs executors administrators
and assigns; shall and will forever warrant and defend

oath that he signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed
for the uses and purposes therein expressed and that Roxy A.
Ramsey his wife who is now dead signed the same with
him

Chester District        }
                         This indenture made this the 30th
day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
and sixty seven, between Daniel G. Anderson of Chester District
in the State of South Carolina of the first part and Julia D.
Finley wife of Samuel Y. Finley of Alachua County and State
of Florida of the Second part, Witnesseth That for and in
consideration of the sum of three hundred Dollars paid by
the said party of the second part to the party of the first part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, The said Daniel G. Anderson
party of the first part, doth hereby bargain, sell, alien and convey
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever a certain parcel of land being in the said County of
Alachua and State of Florida and situated East of, and
near the Corporate limits (at present) of the town of Gainesville
being two acres more or less and described as Lots numbers
