one and three Block three Range one according to Dudley's
Survey and a part of that parcel of Land sold by James B.
Bailey to the said Daniel G. Anderson.
   To have and to hold unto the said Julia D. Finley
her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple title. And the
said Daniel G. Anderson does warrant and by these presents
will forever defend unto the said Julia D. Finley and her
heirs the title to the same against himself or any other person
claiming by or through him or against any other person.
   In testimony whereof, Witness my hand and seal this
the year and day first above written

individual described in and who Executed the forgoing
Deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he Executed
the same for the purposes therein expressed. That the same
might be admitted to Record in the State of Florida.
