I, Elizabeth S. Mixon of the County and State aforesaid, do
hereby nominate constitute and appoint, and by these
presents have nominated Constituted and appointed James J. Mixon
my true and lawful attorney, for the purpose of transacting
any and all of my business, in selling trade and or disposing
of in any manner any of my property either real or
personal and to use and sign my name to any instru=
ment of writing, granting conveying or selling any of the
said property and to do and perform any thing whatsoever
in the premises as well and truly and fully as if I were
personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all
the acts of my said attorney
