This indenture made the 25th day of November A.D. one
thousand eight hundred and sixty seven between Fernando A. Underwood 
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part 
and Lewelling Williams of the County and State aforesaid of the 
second part. Whereas the said Fernando A. Underwood is desirous
to make provision for his daughters Maria L. Underwood and
Winfield Scott Underwood, minors and his son John Underwood
also a minor, against future Contingencies and for their main=
tenance and support. Now therefore this indenture Witnesseth: - 
That the said Fernando A. Underwood in consideration of the 
premises and the sum of One dollar to him paid by the
party of the second part, hath bargained, sold, Conveyed and
Confirmed, and by these presents doth bargain, sell convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part, the following

of the East subdivision of the South East quarter of Section
Thirty six Township Seven South of Range Seventeen East, the
South West quarter of the North Est quarter of Section one
Township Eight South of Range Seventeen East, the North half
of Lot number four Section Thirty six in Township Seven South
& the North East quarter of the South East quarter, Section Thirty-
six Township Seven Range Seventeen and the North West quarter
north East quarter of Section One Township Eight South of
Range Seventeen East, The north West quarter of the North East
quarter of Section Six, Township Eight South of Range Eighteen
East and Lot number One of Section Six, Township Eight Range
Eighteen East, and the south East quarter of the South west quarter
of section Thirty one, Township Seven South of Range Eighteen

ements and hereditaments thereunto belonging and the 
reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof
