all and singular the above mentioned premises unto the said
Lewelling Williams his successors and assigns - 
In Trust to and for the several uses, interest and purposes herein
after mentioned, namely, First, In Trust to lease the same
and to take, collect and receive the rents, issues and profits
thereof; and out of the same to keep the said premises in good
order and repair, and pay all the taxes assessments and
charges that may be imposed thereon. Secondly In Trust to
pay the residue of such rents issues and income for the
support and education of my said daughters Maria L. and
Winfield Scott and my son John. Thirdly - In Trust to con
vey to the said Maria L. Underwood the following described
land upon her arriving at twenty one years of age. To wit; -
The SE1/4 of the NE1/4 and the W1/2 of the SE1/4 S.1.T.8 R 17
& the SW1/4 of the NE1/4 S.1.T.8 R 17 said land to be conveyed in
fee simple. Fourthly, to convey to the said Winfield Scott Under=
wood in fee simple, the following described land upon her
attaining the age of twenty one. To wit the S1/2 of the E sub=
division of the SE1/4 S.36 T.7 R 17 the SW1/4 of the SE1/4
S.36 T.7 R 17 and the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 S.1.S.R 17 E and 
the N1/2 of Lot No 4. S 36.T.7. & the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 S 1.T.8 R 17
NE1/4 of the SE1/4 S.36 T.7 R 17 Fifthly to convey unto John
Underwood the following described land, in fee simple, upon
his arriving at the age of twenty one; - To wit. - Lot numbered 3
SW1/4 S 6 T.8.R 18 Lot numbered 4 S.6.T.8.R 18 Lot numbered
2 NW1/4 S6.T.8.R 18 SW1/4 of SE1/4 S.31.T.7.R 18 The SW1/4 of 
SW1/4 S 31.T.7.R 18 SE1/4 of SW1/2 S.31.T.7.R 18 Lot numbered

1. S.6.T.8.R.18. NW1/4 of the NE1/2 S.6.T.8.R 18 - And the^Fernando
       hereby declares
A. Underwood^that the said trust shall cease and determine when
the said minors shall arrive at the age of maturity, and the land
above described, shall belong in fee simple to the said minors upon 
their arriving at the age of maturity as it has been mentioned and
described above.- In witness whereof the party of the first part hath
