State of Florida } This Indenture made this the
Alachua County   } fifth day of November in the
year Eighteen hundred and sixty seven between
Israel Shearhouse of the State of Florida & County
of Alachua and W.D. Tillman of same place &
County of the second part
                  Witnesseth that the said Israel
Shearhouse for and in consideration of the sum
of thousand Dollars to him in hand paid by the
said W.D. Tillman the Receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged Does by these presents give grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said W.D. Tillman his
heirs and assigns a certain peace or parcel of land
lying and being in the State of Florida & County of
Alachua aforesaid and known and distinguished 
as the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter
of Section two and the South west Quarter of the
South Quarter of Section one in Township ten
south of Range Twenty Two East and the
North West Quarter of the South East quarter and
North East quarter of the South west quarter and the
north East of the south west Quarter and the north East
quarter of the south quarter and the south East quarter
of the North East quarter and south west quarter of the
south east quarter of section no two in Township
no ten south of Range twenty two East containing
Two hundred and Eighty acres more or less with
all together unto all the privaledges & appertenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said W.D. Tillman his heirs and assigns in
fee simple and the said Israel Shearhouse will
and his heirs Executors & Administrators shall
the said property to the said W.D. Tillman his heirs
Executors & administrators save warrant and 
Defend against the Lawful claim or Demands
whatever in Testimony whereof the said Israel
Shearhouse has hereunto set his hand & seal
