the State of Florida for the County of Alachua, do hereby Certify
that on examination had of Mrs Sarah F. Colson wife
of John G. Colson, Separate and apart from her husband
She Stated that She joined her said husband in the
foregoing deed for the purpose of relinquishing all
right claim or possession of dower to the premises Conveyed
therein without any fear or coercion of or from her said
husband, Given under my hand and Seal this 26th day

Whereas, Edgar M. Graham Executor of
the last Will and Testament of William Harn late of the County
of Alachua deceased, by virtue of an order issued from the
Honorable Probate Court of Alachua County, did on the first
Monday in January AD one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty
Seven before the Court House Door in the Town of Gainesville, did expose
for Sale to the highest bidder, the lands belonging to Said estate
Known and described as follows: The SW1/4 of Sec No 28 in T
7 S of R 18 E Containing One hundred & Sixty acres (160) Also the
South West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirty three
(33) T 7 R 18E Containing (40) forty acres more or less, Also Lot one
(1) of Section (32) T 7 R 18 E lying within and adjoining to the West
boundary line of said Grant of George Atkinson containing
about Thirty nine 64/100 acres more or less, Also the NE 1/4 of the
NW1/4 and NW1/4 of NW1/4 and the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section
33 in T7 S of Range 18 E Containing One hundred & Seventy
acres more or less and all of Said lands amounting to Four
hundred & fifty acres more or less, and lying and being Situate
in the County of Alachua State of Florida, And whereas James
M. Richardson having bid the Sum of Five dollars and
Sixty Cents, and the Same being the greatest amount offered
