Said lands was duly Knocked down to him, Now there
fore, this Indenture, Witnesseth, that the said Edgar M.
Graham as executor as aforesaid for and in Consider
=ation of the Sum of Twenty five hundred and Twenty five
dollars, to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and
Sold and Conveyed and by these presents doth grant barg
=ain Sell and Convey unto the said Richardson, his
heirs administrators and assigns, all and every part of
Said described lands - Together, with all and Sing
=ular, the houses, out houses, barnes, Stables, gardens, liberties
priviliges easements, hereditaments, rights and Members and
appurtinances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, or
interest, which the said William Harn had unto said
land during his life time, To Have and to Hold, the said
lands and all and Singular, other the said premises, with
the hereditaments and appurtinances, unto the said Richard
son his heirs executors and assigns to the only use
and behoof of the said Richardson, his heirs and assigns
forever, And the said Edgar M. Graham, as Executor as
aforesaid will forever warrant and defend the title to
Said lands, against the claim of any and all persons
whomsoever - In Witness whereof the said E.M. Graham
has hereunto Set his hand and Seal this 12th day of Feby
