and which Subsequently thereto was confirmed to his
heirs by the Circuit Court of St Johns County in Said State
of Florida, in the case of Brush and others against Prall 
and others, as by reference to the proceedings in Said Case
recorded in Office of the Clerk of said County of Alachua
will more fully appear -  Together with all and Singu
=lar the Estate, right title, and interest which the said
Testator had in his life time and at the time of his decease in
and to the Same - To Have and to hold the above descry
=bed premises with the appurtinances unto the Said John
E. Hicks and James B. Brown their heirs and assigns forever

Certify that from personal acquaintance with Said Brush, I
Know him to be the party grantor described in and to the Execution
with Said Brush, I Know him to be the party grantor described in
in and to the execution the Said Deed

Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents that we
Jeremiah Gamage and Mary G. Gamage the wife of the said
Jeremiah for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twelve hundred
Dollars ($1200) to us in hand paid by Michael J. Miller have granted
bargained Sold & Conveyed, and by these presents doth grant
bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said Michael J. Miller all
that tract or parcel of Land Situated and lying & being in the
County of Alachua & State aforesaid, Situated in the Arredondo
Grant, Know designated and described on Washingtons map
