Sixteen (16) in Township Eleven (11) in Range Twenty one (21) Containing
Four hundred & Sixty five 87/100 acres of land be the Same more
or less, Together with all and Singular the rights Members
hereditaments & appurtinances thereunto appertaining or belonging
unto the Said Michael J. Miller his heirs and assigns forever, and
we Jeremiah Gamage and Mary J. Gamage bind ourselves our
heirs administrators & assigns to defend the Said described
land or premises together with all fixtures thereon unto the
Said Michael J. Miller and his heirs against as and our heirs
or any other person claiming compelling the Same - In testimony

Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents that for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred Dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged I
have this day bargained, Sold, Conveyed & delivered, unto Michael J.
Miller all my right title & interest to a certain Stock of Hogs
marked with a crop and under bit in one ear & Crop & half Crop
in the other Containing in number Twenty five more or less, Also
a Certain Stock of Sheep in Same mark containing in No Sixty
head more or less, also about Seventy five head of cattle marked
as the Hogs, the right to have & to hold the Said described
Stock, I hereby warrant & will warrant forever defend unto the said
Michael J. Miller his heirs administrators & assigns
