County of Alachua } This Indenture made and executed this
the Sixth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred & Sixty Seven between George Gillett Admr of
the Estate of David Gillett deceased of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part, and Andrew Ormand of the Second
part, Witness that the Said George Gillett for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One hundred & twenty ($120.00)
dollars to him in hand paid by the Said Andrew Ormand
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained, Sold, Conveyed and delivered, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, Sell, Convey and deliver
unto the said Andrew Ormand his heirs and assigns all
of the following described lots or parcels of Lands lying
and being in the County of Alachua and Known as the
South East Quarter of South West Quarter, and the North
West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Sixteen
