C.M. Reardon and John M. McIntosh for and in considera
-tion of the said sum of Four hundred & fifty dollars to them in
hand paid by the said James O. Brown at and before the
sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof they do hereby
acknowledge have granted, bargained, sold, released and
conveyed and by these presents, in pursuance of and by virtue
of the said order of the court, do grant, bargain, sell and
release confirm unto the said James O. Brown and to his
heirs and assigns all the said messuage as herein before described
Together with all and Singular the heriditaments and appurtin
=ances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
=ing and also all Estate, right, title, interest, property, claim
and demand whatsoever of the said John G. Reardon, at
and immediately before the time of his decease, in law or in
Equity, or otherwise howsomever of into or out of the same, to
have and to hold the said Lots of Land, heriditaments and
premises hereby granted, or mentioned, or intended so to be
with the appurtinances unto the said James O. Brown his heirs
and assigns, and to the only proper use and behoof of the
said James O. Brown his heirs and assigns forever, In Witness
whereof we the said Caroline M. Reardon Administratrix and
John M. McIntosh administrator as aforesaid do hereunto set
our hand and seals this 20th day of January AD One thousand
