To the said Andrew Orman as aforesaid and that
I will and my heirs Executors, Administrators & assigns shall
warrant, and defend the same to the said Andrew Orman
his heirs Executors, administrators and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
And for the consideration aforesaid and for divers
other goods and valuable consideration I Mary S. Perry
the wife of the said Richard M. Perry, do hereby release and 
quit claim unto the said Andrew Orman his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns all my right claim or proba
=bility of Dower in or out of the aforesaid premises

Mary S. Perry have hereunto set our hands and seals the

examination of Mary S. Perry wife of the said Richard
M. Perry, separate and apart from her said husband, she
stated that she joined her said husband in the fore
=going deed of conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
her right of dower to the premises described therein and
that she did so with a full knowledge of what she
was doing and that she did so freely and voluntarily
& without fear or compulsion from her said husband
or apprehension of the same - Given under my
hand this   day of November AD 1865
