This Indenture made this the Thirtyeth day of August AD
Eighteen hundred & sixty seven between Frances P. Olmstead and
Tallula A. Olmstead of the County of Alachua State of Florida parties
of the first part, and Lemuel Wilson of the County of Nassau State
of Florida party of the Second part Witnesseth that the parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Twelve hundred dollars to them in hand paid, at and before
the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant and convey unto the party of the second part
the following described parcel of land lying and being situated
in the County of Alachua State of Florida and described on

the plats of the United States Survey as the North^West quarter
of the North West quarter and the North half of the North East
quarter Section (13) Township Eight (8) Range Eighteen (18) contain
=ing One hundred & twenty acres more or less,
Together with all and singular the appurtinances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and to Hold
unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
in fee simple - And the parties of the first part do covenant
for themselves and their heirs with the party of the second part
and his heirs that they are seized of a good estate of inheritance
therein free from all in cumbrances and have full power to sell
and convey the said in fee and that they will warrant and
forever defend the above described premises, unto the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns, In witness whereof the parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and

Alachua County   } Before me D.A. Frier Justice of the peace in and for
said County personally came Frances P. Olmstead and Tallula A.
Olmstead and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purposes therein mentioned, and Tallula A. Olmstead
being examined by me Separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she joined with her husband in the execution
of the same, for the purpose of conveying all her dower or right of
dower in and to the premises by said Deed conveyed, and that the
same was done freely and voluntarily without any fear appre
=hension or constraint of or from her said husband. In witness
whereof She has hereunto set her hand and seal
