This Indenture made this        day of
One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Seven between Philip
Dell & Mary Dell his wife of the County of Alachua & State of
Florida of the first part & Thomas A. Bradford of the
County & State aforesaid of the Second part, Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of two hundred dollars to them paid by the
party of the Second part, have bargained, Sold, & Conveyed
& do by these presents bargain Sell and Convey to the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns all that lot
of land lying and being Situate in the Town of Newnans
=ville County & State aforesaid Known and described as
follows - part of Lot No 8 Block No 4 Range No 2 beginning
at a point (14) feet from SW Corner of Lot No 8 Block No 4
Range No 2 North & running South 20 feet thence East 40 feet thence
North 20 feet, thence 40 feet West to the point of beginning
Together with all and Singular the tenements & hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion
remainder, rents, issues, profits, dower & right of dower, title
claim or demand whatsoever of in or to the above described
premises or any part thereof either in Law or Equity, and
the Said parties of the first part for themselves & their heirs, the
Said premises in the quiet & peaceable possession of the said
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns, against the
Said party of the first part, and his heirs & against all &
every person Whomsoever, lawfully, claiming or to claim the
Same Shall & will warrant & these presents forever defend --
