R. Williams of the State of Florida & County of Alachua
of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of
Five hundred Dollars lawful Money of the United States
to me in hand paid before the Sealing & delivery of these
presents by George A. Quinby of the State & City of New York
of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
-ledged, have bargained & Sold and by these presents
do grant and Convey unto the Said party of the Second
part, his Executors, Administrators and assigns, the
following property, to wit: Six McCarthy Gins, One ten
Horse Engine - One Grist Mill, One Sugar Mill, three Sugar
Kettles, two Colts, two Bay Mares, One Sorrel and One Black
Mare, twelve mules, one ox, two Cows, one Corn Sheller, One
Hay Cutter, Black Smith tools, Five Waggons, One Cart  
all the household & Kitchen Furniture, all the Corn &
long fodder on the plantation Plantation tools, plows
harness &c &c To Have and to hold the same unto the
Said party of the Second part, his Executors, Admin
-istrators and assigns forever, and I do for myself, my heirs
Executors, and administrators covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the Second part to warrant and
defend the Sale of the Said goods & chattels hereby
Sold unto the party of the Second part, his Executors Admin
-istrators & assigns against all and every person and persons
whomsoever - In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and Seal this 25th day of November A.D. 1867
