                 The State of Florida    Know all Men by these
presents that I George H. Miller of the State of South Carolina
Sole surviving Executor of the last will & testament of the late
John L. Young by virtue of the power in me vested by the will
of the said John L. Young duly probated and entered of
Record in the Probate Court of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six
hundred Dollars Secured to be paid by George Savage and
Edward Haile of the State of Florida, have granted, bargained
Sold, and released, and by these presents do grant bargain
and Sell release and Convey unto the Said George Savage &
Edward Haile their heirs Executors and assigns, all that tract
or parcel of land Situated and lying in the Town of Gaines
=ville Known as lot No (2) two Block four (4) Range three (3) Contai
=ning Sixty feet front, and One hundred & Ninety Seven (197) feet deep
as appear upon Survey of Said Town Alachua County State
of Florida, Together with all and Singular the rights, mem
=bers, Heriditaments and appurtinances to the said premises
belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining. To Have
and to hold all and Singular the premises before mentioned
unto the said George Savage and Edward Haile their
heirs and assigns forever. And I the said George H.
Miller Executor as aforesaid do hereby warrant and
defend the above described premises unto the Said
George Savage and Edward Haile their heirs execu
=tors administrators and assigns against all persons
whomsoever claiming or lawfully to claim the Same
