order from the Probate Court of said County of Alachua, and for
and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and fifty five
dollars to him in hand paid at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents doth
grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns a certain Town lot, situate in the Town
of Gainesville in said County of Alachua and known and desig-
=nated as Block number Ten (10) as will more fully appear from a plat
of said land made out by P. Henry Young containing One acre more or
less, To have and to hold the said lot of land together with all and
singular the rights, privileges, heriditaments and appurtinances, thereunto
belonging unto the said Alexander H. Leonard, and to his heirs and
assigns to his and their only proper use and behoof forever

  This Indenture made the 29th day of November in the year
One thousand Eight hundred & sixty six, Between William Marvin
of the State of Florida party of the first part, and George R. Fair-
=banks of the State of Tennessee party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Five dollars lawful money to him
in hand paid by the said party of the first part, hath remised
released and quit claimed and by these presents, doth remise
release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever all the following parcels of
land to wit, The South East quarter of Section Twenty six and the
North East quarter of Section 33 Township 6 & Range 18 S & E being
part of a tract of land lying on the South side of the Santa fee
River in the County of Alachua State of Florida and all the
Estate, right title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand
