at a place Known as Youngbloods Hammock
Situated South West of Rays trail that leads from
the Natural Bridge over the Santafee River, to the Indian
Settlement Called Hogtown, which Said four hundred 400
acres are part & parcel of One thousand (1000) acres Surv
=eyed to said William Garvin deceased in said Youngblood
hammock on the 18th day of July 1818 & in the said One
thousand (1000) acres being part & parcel of a grant of
three thousand acres made by the Spanish Government to
the Said William Garvin, deceased, on the 26th day of
November AD 1817 two thousand (200) acres of which grant
were located on Flounder Creek on the West of the head
of Indian River Lagoon, and the remaining One thousand
(1000) acres located in Youngbloods Hammock above described
four hundred (400) acres of which Said One thousand
acres are herein & hereby Conveyed to the said party of the
Second part, Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining, and all the Estate, right, title, interest
property, possession, claim & demand, whatsoever, as well,
in law, as in Equity of the said parties of the first part
of in & to the said four hundred acres of land and every part
and parcel thereof, with the appurtinances: To Have and to
hold the above granted bargained & described premises, with
the appurtinances, unto the said party of the Second part, her
heirs and assigns, to her & their own proper use benefit & behoof
forever. And the Said parties of the first part, for themselves
their heirs, Executors & administrators do hereby covenant & agree
to and with the said party of the Second part, her heirs & assigns
that the said premises are free from all encumbrances,
charges & judgements, and that they have good right & full
power to Convey and Confirm the same in manner & form as afore
=said: and that the said party of the Second part her heirs
& assigns Shall at all times hereafter peaceably & quietly
possess and enjoy the same without any let, Suit, molestation
disturbance or eviction of or from any person or persons lawfully
Claiming, or to Claim the Same, And the Said parties of the
first part & their heirs the above described & granted premises
& every part thereof with the appurtinances unto the said
party of the Second part her heirs & assigns against the said
parties of the first part, and their heirs & against all and
every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully Claiming or to
Claim the Same, Shall and will warrant & by these pre
=Sents forever defend - In Witness whereof the parties have
hereunto Set their hands & Seals the day and year first above
