Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this
fourteenth day of February AD Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven
between Elias Earl of said State and County of the first part
and Stephen McCall Trustee of the Said State and County of
the Second part, Witnesseth that for and in consideration of
the natural love and affection which he the Said Elias Earl
hath and bears for and to his daughters to wit, Eliza Thompson
Earl, Mary Hemphill Earl, and Susan Boyleston Earl, and for
and in Consideration, further of the Sum of five dollars cash
in hand paid by the Said Stephen McCall at and before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained Sold and Conveyed and
by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell and Convey unto the
Said Stephen McCall for for the use, benefit, and advantage of the
Said benificiaries as above named in trust for them and their
children Subject to the following regulations and restrictions
that is to Say that Said Trustee may execute mortgages on
any parcels of the following described lands to Secure the pay
ments of debts contracted for Support of Said Minors and deeds
in fee to any parcels of said lands to raise money for the
maintenance or for the better provisions of Said Minors
