under the directions of the Court of Equity otherwise
that the property hereinafter Specified and Conveyed
Shall remain undivided untill the Marriage or mature
=age of Either of said children, when and in which event, the
daughter So entitled, may have her portion of said property
assigned, or Set off to her or Sold, and the proceeds thereof
invested in real or personal property for the benefit of the first
taker during her natural life, and in the event of the death of
either, the children above named, Said property to remain
as Conveyed for the benefit of the Survivors and Subject to the
provisions herein before expressed - Now for and in Consider
=ation of the premises as herein before expressed, The party of the
first part doth hereby Convey for the purposes so expressed the
following property, To Wit All the land lying in the West bend
of Santa Fee Lake, two thousand acres more or less, on a part
of which the said party of the first part, now resides, and further
Known as the lots heretofore belonging to John Kittler, Joseph Kittler
John Cannon, John Smith, Lemuel Wilson, and all other lots
heretofore entered by the Said party of the first part from the
United States Government, School Lands belong to the State, of
Florida Rail Road Co. The proceeds of which to be applied
to the purposes herein before expressed, To Have and to hold
the above described property unto the Said Stephen McCall
in trust for the Children above named, free from the debts
liabilities, and Control of the future husband, or husbands of
the Said Eliza, Mary, or Susan, and to the only use, benefit
and behoof of all or either of them, for and during the life
time of one or all of them, and in the decease of either one
of the first, takers, to vest in Such child Children as She may have
at the time of her, or either death - In Witness Whereof the
Said Elias Earl, hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his

he signed, sealed and delivered the same as and for his
