property belonging to Mrs Mary L. Earl wife of Elias Earl
of said State and County, to wit, 75 Head Cows & Calves, under

Nassau County    } This Indenture made the twenty Seven
Seventh day of December Eighteen hundred and Sixty Seven between
Samuel B. McLin and Mary L. McLin of the County aforesaid parties
of the first part and Lemuel Wilson of the Same place party of
the Second part Witnesseth, that the parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred dollars to
them in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and Sold, and by these presents do grant
and Convey unto the party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
all that Certain tract or parcel of land Known and described
as Lots number two (2) and Three (3) of Section Six (6) Township
Eight Range Nineteen (19E) Containing One hundred & fifty two
acres more or less, Together with all the right title and interest
which the Said parties of the first part have in Said Lands
And the Same to hold as fully as the parties of the first part
might Could or ought to Sell and Convey the Same
  In Witness Whereof they have hereunto Set their hands and Seals

in and for Said County and State personally came Mary M. McLin
wife of Samuel B. McLin and acknowledged that She Signed
the foregoing deed with her husband for the purpose of Conveying
all her dower or right of dower in and to land by Said deed
Conveyed, and being examined by me Separate and apart from
her said husband acknowledged that the Same was done
freely and Voluntarily without any fear apprehension or Constraint
of or from her said husband, In Witness Whereof She has hereunto
Set her hand and Seal this    the day of December 1867
