                        This Indenture made and entered
into this the 11th day of July Anno Domini One thousand
Eight hundred & sixty three, Between W.C. Temple administrator
Estate J.S. Smallwood of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and A.H. Cole
administrator the Estate of George W. Cole of same place
party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred & twenty one Dollars, to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold
aliened and conveyed and does by these presents grant
bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all the
following lots, tracts, or parcels of land, situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and distinguished Town Lots in the Town of
Waldo number one in Block number Eighteen and number
two in Same Block, Together with all and singular
the rights and members, tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining, To Have and to hold the aforesaid
bargained premises together with all and singular
