 Know all men by these presents that whereas I William
Marvin of Key West Monroe Co Florida have this second
day of May AD 1855 received from John G. Reardon Esqr a
Special Master in Chancery appointed to make sale of certain
ordered by a Decretal notice of the Circuit Court for the Middle
Circuit of Florida in a certain cause wherein William Marvin
was Complt & Richard Bradford administrator & defendant
to be sold at public auction &c a certificate of purchase of
a tract of land containing Four thousand acres which
was granted by the Spanish Government to Frances R.
Sanchez and Subsequently confirmed to him by the United
States situate in Township 6 & 7 South in Range 18 East
and which was caused to be vacated and surveyed for
the said Sanchez or his assigns under the authority of the
United States by the Surveyor General of Florida in the Second
Quarter of the year 1841 as will more fully appear on the maps
plats and Survey Bills of the same in the Office of the
Surveyor General of Florida and the land Office map at
Newnansville Florida - and which said tract of Land
