Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents that I
Sidney E. Perry of the County & State aforesaid, for and in Considera
=tion of the Sum of two hundred & fifty dollars to me in hand paid
by Thomas Simpson of the Said place, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, doth grant, bargain, Sell and
Convey to the Said Thomas Simpson, his heirs administrators
& assigns forever the following real Estate Viz, commencing
at a Stake on the East Side of the Avenue leading from
Newnansville to Alachua Seminary in Section (11) T (8) R (18)
and running East 210 feet thence North 440 feet thence West
210 & to place of beginning. To Have and to hold the same
to the Said Thomas Simpson his heirs administrators & assigns
forever, And the Said Sidney E. Perry binds himself by these
presents to warrant and defend the above granted & bargained
premises unto the Said Thomas Simpson his heirs administra
tors & assigns forever against all claims and demands whatever
