deed & acknowledged that She Signed & delivered the same

Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents, that I
Thomas Simpson of the County & State aforesaid for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Eight hundred dollars to me
in hand paid by William T. Whetstone of the said place, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth grant, bargain
Sell, and Convey to the said William T. Whetstone, his heirs
administrators and assigns forever the following real estate
Viz Commencing at a Stake on the East side of the Avenue
leading from Newnansville to Alachua Seminary in Section
(11) T(8) Range 18 and running East 210 feet thence North
440 feet thence West 210 feet, and back to a place of begin
=ning, Together with all and Singular the privileges and appu
=rtinances thereunto belonging, To have and to hold the same
to the said William T. Whetstone, his heirs, administrators and
assigns forever, And the said Thomas Simpson binds himself
by these presents to warrant and defend the above granted
and bargained, premises unto the said Thomas T. Whetstone
his heirs administrators and assigns forever, against all
claims and demands whatsoever - In testimony whereof
the said Thomas Simpson, has hereunto Set his hand and
Seal this the fifteenth day of January AD 1867
