This Indenture made the twenty ninth
day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred & sixty seven, between Douglas P. Beatty of
the County of Nassau and State of Florida of the first
part, and Mrs Elia M. Beatty of the City of Tuscaloosa
in the State of Alabama of the Second part; Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consi
=deration of the sum of Seven thousand Dollars, to him
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowle
=dged, hath granted, bargained, and sold and
conveyed and by these presents doth, grant, bargain
and sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns, all of that certain tract
or parcel of land known and described by the United
States Survey, as Section thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) and
the South halves of Sections ten (10) and Eleven (11) in
Township eleven and Range Nineteen (19) East in the
County of Alachua in said State of Florida and
containing Nineteen hundred & twenty acres more or
less also all woods ways profits and advantages
heriditaments and appurtinances whatsoever to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and
the remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits, of the said premises, and of every part and
parcel thereof: and all the Estate, right title, interest
claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of
the first part, of, in, and to the said premises and
every part thereof. To Have and to hold the said
tract of land, and all and singular other the premises
above mentioned, with the appurtinances unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns to her and
their only proper use and behoof forever. And the said
party of the first part for himself and his heirs the
said premises and every part thereof, against himself
and his heirs and against every other person whomsoever
to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns, shall and will warrant and forever defend
by these presents - In Witness, whereof the said party
of the second part, hath hereunto set his hand and
