Alachua County   } This Indenture made and executed this
the Sixth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred and sixty seven, Between Joseph B. Webb of the
State and County aforesaid of the first part and George Gillett of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said Joseph B. Webb for
and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred & twenty ($720)
dollars to him in hand paid by the said George Gillett the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath, granted, barga
=ined, Sold, conveyed and delivered, and by these presents doth
grant, bargain, sell, convey and deliver unto the said George
Gillett his heirs and assigns all of the following described lots or
parcels of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
known as the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section Eight in Township ten South of Range twenty two East contain
=ing thirty nine 90/100 acres, the South East Quarter of the South West
Quarter of Section Eight in Township ten South of Range Twenty two
East containing thirty nine acres the East Half of the South West
Quarter of Section Seventeen in township Ten South of Range twenty two
East containing Seventy nine 88/100 acres, and the West half of the
North West Quarter of Section Seventeen in Township Ten South of
Range Twenty two East containing Eighty acres To Have and to hold
the said described premises together with all and singular the
