was bid off by George R. Fairbanks of St Augustine Florida
at the auction sale held by said John G. Reardon Special
Master as aforesaid upon the day of the date of these presents at
Newnansville Florida in pursuance of the decretal order aforesaid
at the sum and price of Thirty four hundred & ten dollars and the
times of which said sale were that one third of the purchase
money should be paid down, and the balance with interest
due the 1st day of January 1856 & 1857 and which said purchase
was made by the said George R. Fairbanks for the joint use & benefit
of himself and Eunice S. Bronson & said William Marvin and said
certificate of purchase was made to me the said William Marvin
in trust for the three - Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth
and I hereby declare that the said George R. Fairbanks and the
said Eunice S. Bronson are equal owners with me in the said
lands mentioned in Said certificate and purchased as aforesaid
and are each entitled to an equal undivided third part thereof
the said Fairbanks having already paid one third part of the first
or cash payment required to be paid therein and agreeing to pay
one third part of the remaining payment as they fall due, and I
the said William Marvin agreeing to make the payments for and in
account of the third part of the said Eunice Bronson and to be returned
from the sales which may be made hereafter of said lands and the
balance remaining of Either money or land after I am reimbursed with
interest for such purchase money of the one third interest thereof
to be the sole property of the said Eunice S. Bronson her heirs & assigns
and the said Fairbanks upon due payment by him of the third part
of the remaining payments to be entitled to one full third part
of the said lands and of all benefit and advantages to be derived
from the same                      In Witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand & seal this 25th day of September AD 1855

(24th) of October AD 1866 between Campbell J. Barnard and Helen
W. Barnard his wife whose names are hereunto signed of the first
part and C.S. Price and J.S. Price of the second part, Witnesseth
