granted premises described as aforesaid, with all the
right & title thereto together with all and singular the
buildings & improvements thereunto belonging or appurtain
=ing to the said party of the second part as agent as afore
=said in fee simple, And the said parties of the first part
the said described premises to the extent of their interest
therein against all persons whatsoever to the said party
of the second part as agent as aforesaid, Shall and
will forever warrant & defend by these presents

                             Be it remembered that on this
twenty third of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Sixty seven before me William F.P. Haynes
=worth, the undersigned a Commissioner resident in the town
of Sumpter in the District and State aforesaid, duly commiss
=ioned and qualified by the executive authority, and 
under the laws of the State of Florida to take the acknowle
-dgements of deeds etc to be used or recorded therein
personally appeared William J. Pringle and Victoria
Pringle his wife to me known to be the persons who execu
=ted the foregoing deed by them Sealed and Subscribed from
them, the said Pringle and his wife and William Hickson
and wife to B.W. Powell as agent, and dated the twenty third
day of October AD 1867: and they the said William J. Pringle
and Victoria his wife Severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned - And I do further certify that in a
private examination made by me of the said Mrs Victoria
Pringle Separate and apart from the said William J.
Pringle her said husband, She acknowledged that she
had executed the said deed freely and voluntarily, and
without any constraint compulsion apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband, the said William J. Pringle
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my official Seal the day and year aforesaid
