  This agreement Entered into between Hugh G. Cassels
of the first part and Noah Townsend of the 2nd, I
Hugh G. Cassels of the first part, do bind myself my
heirs and assigns unto the said Noah Townsend of the
Second part his heirs and assigns that the said
Noah Townsend Shall have full Control of all the
Crops made on the place bought by Hugh G. Cassels
from Noah Townsend, and to have full Control of
Said Crop untill he Shall be paid the full amount
of Sixteen hundred Dollars, and furthermore that the
Said Noah Townsend Shall have a lien upon the
entire Stock of Cattle belonging to Hugh G. Cassels
marked Swallow fork and under bit in one ear
Swallow fork in the other and branded 62 and that
the said Noah Townsend Shall have a lien upon
my Waggon and one Certain Hack Mule well Known
as the property of Hugh G. Cassels unto the said
Noah Townsend of the 2nd part To have and to
hold untill he is paid the amount above written
the Condition is Such that the said Hugh G. Cassels
is to have the use of the Cattle, mule, and Waggon
and Kill beef at his discretion by giving account of
the number of beevs, and the age
