This Indenture made the Eighth day of January, One thousand
Eight hundred and sixty eight (1868) Between Benjamin P. Boulware
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and Marvin J. Beckham of the County and State aforesaid of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred Dollars lawful money of the 
"United States," to him duly paid, before the delivery hereof hath bargained
and sold and by these presents, doth grant and convey to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever all that
part and parcel of Land, lying and being in Alachua County
and State of Florida, which is known and described as follows
To Wit;- The North half of the south east quarter and the
South west quarter of the north east quarter of Section Twenty (20)
Township Nine (9) Range twenty two, South and east containing
one hundred and twenty acres more or less, with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtinances, and the
estate title and interest of the said party of the first part
therein, And the said party of the first part doth hereby
covenant and agree with the said party of the second part
that at the time of the delivery here of the said party of
the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns forever, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this the Eighth day of January, One thousand eight
hundred and sixty eight

Personally appeared before me a Justice of the peace in and
for said County Benjamin P. Boulware and Sarah M. Boulware
his wife, who acknowledges that they executed the foregoing
Deed of Conveyance for the purposes there in Set forth witness
my hand and seal in this office, Eight day of January One thousand
Eight hundred and sixty eight

I Sarah M. Boulware do hereby acknowledge that I signed
the foregoing Deed of Conveyance with my husband Benjamin
P. Boulware of my own free will and accord without any
compulsion, apprehension or fear of or from my said

January AD 1868
