between Misses Jane & Caroline Scott of the County & State
aforesaid of the first part and Tamerlain Cato of the
Second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of
the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of
One hundred & Seventy five dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and Sold
and by these presents doth bargain & Sell unto the said
party of the Second part, and to his heirs & assigns
forever all that parcel or Lot of Land being and Situ
=ate & lying in the town of Newnansville County of Alachua
State of Florida Known in the plan of said Town as E1/2
of NE1/4 of Block No 2 Two Range No one (1) according
to plat of Newnansville, together with all and Singular
the heriditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining; and the reversions and rever
=Sions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues & profits
thereof, and also all the Estate, right, title, interest, claim
or demand, whatsoever of them the said party of the first
part either in law or in Equity of in and to the above bargained
premises, and every part and parcel thereof: To have and
to hold unto him the said Tamerlane Cato, and his heirs
in "fee Simple" forever, against all persons lawfully claiming the
