release and relinquish all of my dower and Equity of
dower in and to the premises in Said deed mentioned
unto the Said John W. Summers his heirs executors adminis
=trators and assigns forever, and I do hereby declare and
acknowledge that I executed this relinquishment of
dower freely and voluntarily and without any Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from my said husband, In
