   Be it remembered that we A. Redwine, S.J. Peeler
and R.L. Wilson all of the County of Iredell and State
of N.C. have this day entered into a partnership
for the purposes of carrying on a general Mercan
=tile in the Town of Fernandina Fla, under the name
& Style of A. Redwine, & Co for the space of one year upon
the following Conditions, to wit, each partner Shall fur
=nish ten thousand Dollars in Money, and give his
time to the business then the profits and losses shall
be divided equally                   A. Redwine

Circuit Court in and for Said County personally came
Solomon J. Peeler, who being duly sworn deposeth that
the above agreement of partnership was executed by
him and A. Redwine & R.L. Willson, in the presence of each
other for the purposes therein Set forth and that the
Same is the original agreement of partnership between
the parties

                    This Indenture made in the
year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty
Eight Feby 14th Between Martha E. Mills, John C.H.
Mills, Wm R. Mills, for Delphia A. Hart & Wm R. Mills for
for Charlotte E. Mills, and Benjamin J. Mills Minors, heirs
of the Estate of Benjamin Mills Deceased of the first part
all of the State & County above mentioned, and Wm R.
Mills Senr of the County of Sumpter State aforesaid of
the Second part, Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars lawfull money
of the United States to them duly paid before the deliv
=ery hereof hath bargained & Sold, and by these presents
doth grant and Convey to the party of the Second part
their heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Hernando State of Florida, and which is Known and
described as follows To wit, South East Quarter
