Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the Eight
day of February AD One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty
Eight, between Wm H. Harrison of the first part and
Horatio Fulton of the Second part of the County & State afore
=said, Witnesseth that the party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty five dollars
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold
released, Conveyed & Confirmed & by these presents doth
bargain, grant, Sell, release, Convey & Confirm unto the
party of the Second part, all that parcel or tract of
land being Situated & lying in the County & State aforesaid
Known in the Survey of the United States as follows Five
acres & twenty Six hundredth of W1/2 of NW1/4 Section No
30 in Township No 8 South of Range No 18 being excess
in Said tract over the area entered under the Homestead
AA per application & Receipt No 1175, To have and to
hold unto him and his heirs & assigns all & Singular
together with the hereditaments, tenements and appurt
=tinances & all privileges whatever may be thereunto in any
wise belonging in fee Simple forever - In testimony whereof
I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal the day and date
