34 all in Township 7 Range 18 South and East containing
in all between Six and Seven hundred acres, Together with
all and Singular the tenements, Hereditaments and
appurtenanses thereunto belonging and in anywise
appertaining and every part and Parcel thereof, To
Have and to hold, the above granted and bargained
and described premises to the Said Party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns, to his and their only use
benefit and behoof forever And the said Parties of
the first part will forever warrant and defend the
titles to the within described lands unto the party of
the Second part his heirs Executors and assigns

This Indenture made the

Executor of the last will and testament of Bennett M.
Dell late of said County and State of the One Part
and Edward Haile of the Second part Whereas the
Said Bennett M. Dell by his last will and testament
duly executed and admitted to Probate on order
to enable his Executor to make a division of his
Estate according to Said will did therein and
