all his real Estate Either at Public or private Sale
as to him Should Seem meet, and to make good
and Sufficient deeds to the purchasers through
and in and by Said will did appoint Philip Dell
Executor thereof Now this Indenture witnesseth that by
virture of the power and authority aforesaid and in
consideration of the Sum of One thousand Eight hun
dred and Sixty five Dollars and fifty Cents to him
in hand paid the receipt whereof he does hereby
acknowledge the Said Philip Dell doth give, grant,
bargain, Sell and Convey by virtue of these presents to the
Said Edward Haile his heirs and assigns forever a
certain parcel of land Situate lying and being in said
County and more particularly known according to the Maps
and plats of the Land Office of the United States as well as
by a diagonal of Said tract herein Conveyed or intended
So to be Surveyed made and Certified to by P.H. Young Esquire
accompanying and annexed hereto as fractionals Section num
=bers twenty Six and twenty Seven of Township Ten South of
Range Nineteen East being embraced in the John Y. Gary
tract and bounded on the North by Section numbers
Twenty two and twenty three on the South and West by lands
belonging to William Colson, and on the South and East
by lands formerly to one George I.F. Clark Containing
Seventy four acres and Ninety four One hundreths of an acre
with all the appurtenances thereto belonging--To Have
and to hold the said granted premises to the Said
Edward Haile his heirs and assigns to the only proper
use and behoof of the said Edward Haile his heirs
and assigns forever in and the Philip Dell executed
as aforesaid for himself his Executors and administrators
Covenant, promise, grant, and agree to and with the
Said Haile his heirs and assigns by these presents that he
the Said Philip Dell has not hereto done or committed
any such act matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premsises
hereby granted or any part thereof is and or Shall in
title changed Estate or otherwise himsoever - In testimony
