of dower, did appear before me in absence of her
husband, and declare that she had signed and sealed
her relinquishment of dower of her own will and accord
without fear, compulsion or restraint, on the part of
her husband this twenty fourth (24) day of October AD 1866

                 } This Indenture made this first
day of January Eighteen hundred & Sixty seven between
George W. Sanchez Administrator of the Estate of Francis
Roman Sanchez deceased party of the first part
with power and authority of the Probate Court of
Alachua County to make sale of the premises
hereinafter described party of the first part and
George R. Fairbanks of the State of Tennessee party of
the second part, Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part in consideration of the sum
of one thousand dollars to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby convey grant bargain and sell unto
the said part of the second part his heirs
and assigns, all that certain undivided interest 
of Five hundred acres in a certain tract of
land containing four thousand acres granted
by the Spanish Government to Francis Roman
Sanchez and subsequently confirmed to him by
the United States Government, Situated in Town-
ship 6 & 7 South of Range 18 East as surveyed by
the Surveyor General of the United States in 1841
  Situate in the County of Alachua and State
aforesaid bordered in the Northerly line by the
Santa Fee River.
            To have and to hold the said 
premises and the appurtinances to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
