anywise appertaining To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said Thomas H. Barnes his heirs assigns in
fee Simple, and the said parties of the first part, and their
heirs Executors and administrators Shall the Said property
To the Said Thomas H. Barnes, his heirs Executors and admin
=istrators forever warrant and defend against the lawful
