Be it Known that on this day
before the undersigned, a Commissioner appointed
by the Governor of the State of Florida and duly qualified
to take acknowledgement of Deeds &c in the State of
Maryland that are to be used or recorded in the said
State of Florida, personally appeared Charles W. Brush
to me well Known to be the party granter described in
and who executed the foregoing deed and acknowledged
the Same to be his act and deed In testimony of which I
hereunto Set my hand and affix my
(Seal) Seal of Office this Seventh day of
December in the year of our Lord

This Indenture made this
20th day of February AD 1868 between W.V. Presley &
Nancy M. Presley his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and James B.
Brown of the Same County & State of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of Five hundred Dollars
paid by the party of the Second part hath bargained Sold
and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
Sell and Convey to the Said James B. Brown his heirs and
assigns forever all that Certain piece of Land in the
Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
being the East half of Lot No 19 of Brushs addition
to Gainesville Measuring two hundred (200) feet Square
being part of the Same premises Conveyed by Charles W.
Brush Executor of N. Brush deceased to said W.
V. Presley. To Have and to hold the Same together with
all and Singular the tenements & appurtinances and
all and Singular the Estate, Title & interest of the
parties of the first part therein - And the said
parties of the first part doth hereby Covenant and
agree with the Said James B. Brown that at the
