by these presents have granted bargained sold
aliened, remise, release, convey and confirm

of Alachua & Putnam described as follows and

40 17/100 acres and SW1/4 of North West quarter Sec
36 T 8 R 22 containing 40 15/100 acres and S1/2 of SE
quarter Sec 25 T 8 R 22 containing 60 68/100 acres Lots
No 2,6,7,10 Sec 36 T 8 R 22 E containing Sixty one
41/100 acres containing in all Three hundred & two
36/100 (302 36/100 acres, Together with all and singular
the tenements Heriditaments and appurtinances and
all the estate title and interest of the said parties
of the first part therein and the said parties of
the first part doth hereby covenant and agree
with the said party of the second part that at
the time of delivery hereof the said parties of the first
part are the lawful owners of the premises above
granted and Seized therein of in fee Simple
absolute and that they will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and peace
=able possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever - In Witness where

grantor in the foregoing Indenture for & in the further
consideration the presents as well as the further consid
=eration of one dollar of lawfull money of the United States
of America to me in hand paid by David B. Gregg the
party of the second part to said Indenture well and truly
paid at and before the ensealing and delivery thereof
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have renoun
=ced and forever relinquish unto the said party of the
Second part his heirs Executors, administrators and
