Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this
the Second day of October 1867 One thousand Eight
hundred & Sixty Seven before the Subscriber a Justice of
the peace in and for Said County aforesaid person
=ally came S.A. Lane the grantor in the foregoing
Indenture to me well Known and acknowledged
in due form of law that he Signed Sealed and
delivered the Said Indenture for the purpose therein
Mentioned, and also on the Same day before me
personally came Laura O. Lane the grantor in the fore
=going Indenture and acknowledged in due form
of law Separate and apart from her said husband
that the foregoing renunciation of Dower was
made by her freely and Voluntarily and without any
Compulsion, Constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband the said Samuel A. Lane

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this
Fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord
Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven, Between R.W.B. Hodgson
Executor of the last will and testament of William B.
Harris dcd, and the only Surviving relation of said
deceased of the first part, and Stephen McCall
of the Town of Gainesville of the Second part Witnesseth
that the Said R.W.B. Hodgson Executor as aforesaid
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Eleven hun
=dred dollars paid at and before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained, Sold, Conveyed and
by these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto
the Said Stephen McCall his heirs and assigns all
