that tract, piece or parcel of Land Situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the said State of Florida and adjoining the
Town of Gainesville and butting and bounding as
follows To Wit lying on the East side of what is
Known as Sweet water Branch and commencing at
the NE of Said Town thence running East one hun
=dred yards thence North to within Seventy Yards of the
Township line thence West Seventy Yards thence North
Seventy Yards to the Township line thence West on said
township line to the run of the Branch Known as
Sweet water Branch and commencing at the NE of
Said Town thence running East One hundred yards
thence North within Seventy yards thence Southwest
=ardly to the intersection of the line of said Town of
Gainesville, and thence Eastwardly to the place of
beginning said land being the tract wherein said
R.W.B. Hodgson resided while in Gainesville and Contain
=ing fourteen acres more or less, To Have and to hold
Said tract of Land with all the rights Members, and
appurtinances unto the said Stephen McCall his heirs &
assigns forever in fee Simple, and the said R.W.B.
Hodgson Executor as aforesaid and Surviving represent
=tative of said William B. Harris dcd Shall and will
warrant Said bargained premises and forever defend
from against him and themselves their Executors adm
=inistrators Heirs and assigns & from and against the
claim of all others persons whatever - In Witness
Whereof the said R.W.B. Hodgson Executor of William B.
Harris as aforesaid hath hereunto Set his hand and
Seal this day and year above written
