do hereby relinquish and renounce all my
dower and right and title to dower in and to
the premises mentioned in the within Indenture
to the said J.J. Kennard, and I do hereby ack
=knowledge that the said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower is made freely and
Voluntarily and without any compulsion, Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from the within named
Ezekiel Parish my said husband, taken and

                  This Indenture Made and entered
into this 7th day of March One thousand Eight hun
=dred & Sixty Eight, Between John Mullarkey of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and S.E. Stroble of the same place of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred & fifty
Dollars to him in hand paid, by the Said party of the
Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled  
=ged have given, granted, bargained, Sold and
Conveyed unto the Said party of the Second part, all
that Certain tract or parcel of Land bound and
described as follows to wit, Four acres of land
Situated where Mrs S.E. Stroble now lives Bounded
by Rail Road on the East and West & North and South
by lines agreed to enclosing all her said premises, To
have and to hold the above described premises together
with all and Singular the rights and privileges and app
=utinances or in any wise appertaining unto the said
party of the Second part, and her heirs as their absolute
property in fee Simple forever, and the Said party of the
first part for himself his heirs Executors and admin
istrators for ever release and discharge from the Same
