forever, and all the Estate right title and 
interest of the said Francis R. Sanchez at the
time of his death, and of his said Estate of in
and to the said premises and every part and parcel
thereof, and I hereby covenant that a administration
as aforesaid I will make all proper conveyance
releases and transfers which may be requisite to
assure to said party of the second part a full
and complete title to the same.

and saith that George W. Sanchez Administrator
of Francis R. Sanchez decd executed the foregoing

W. Sanchez the other subscribing witness and
acknowledges the same as his act and deed.

                  This Indenture made this the 3rd day
of February A.D. 1866 between Thomas H. Howell of the
first part and Leonard Varnadore of the second part
both of the County and State aforesaid.
   Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of

States to him duly paid before the delivery hereof
