forever, and all the Estate right title and
interest of the said Francis R. Sanchez at the
time of his death, and of his said Estate of in
and to the said premises and every part and parcel
thereof, and I hereby covenant that a administration
as aforesaid I will make all proper conveyance
releases and transfers which may be requisite to
assure to said party of the second part a full
and complete title to the same.
